Ursula's latest collection 'Sunny Side Up' will be available in shops as from the end of February 2008. Like her previous work 'Sunny Side Up' is inspired by Ursula's time in a foreign city, in this case Los Angeles. The people, the food, the fabrics, the nightlife, the climate, the landscape – all these things go into Ursula's design process as she blends into the chosen location. For 'Sunny Side Up' the little details that make LA unique appear as big black prints on the garments in a way that is recogizably Ursula Pelt. The contrasting soft feel of the collection was informed by the relaxing ambience of the various Californian Beach communities visited. Similarly the washed out colours and use of local lace lend it a more romantic vibe.
